| 300 Winchester Magnum or better with at least a 2x10 scope with caps and sling. Zeroed at three hundred yards. Bring a full box of shells and plan on testing your rifle before the hunt Remember to keep weight in mind. A warning, your rifle will be exposed to a lot of moisture, so plan on unprotected metal rusting, and wood stocks swelling.
