Hunt trophy moose on the Alaska Peninsula in the Lake Iliamna Country of Southwest Alaska. Terrain consists of spruce and hardwood forests adjacent to rolling tundra. Moose average 63 inches. Boone & Crockett animals taken in the past. Daily regularly scheduled flights with Iliamna Air Taxi from Anchorage to Iliamna. Hunting licenses and tags can be purchased over the internet accessing the state of Alaska website or over the counter in Anchorage or Iliamna.
Sport fishing for Northern Pike is available in camp. Silver or "Coho" salmon sport fishing is also available. World famous sport fishing for trophy rainbow trout is available before or after your moose hunt in the New Halen river at the village of Iliamna.
Wolves inhabit this moose hunting area and can be collected for no additional cost.
